Villa players will be seeking recovery

It’s evident that SC Villa will be spending another season without a trophy ever since winning the Uganda Cup three years back, before opting out of the CAF Confederation Cup the same year.
But regardless of this,  they are determined to put up a fairly good show against  Police FC in their Bell Uganda Super League action, most especially since the match will be telecast live.
Bell Uganda Super League fixtures
Friday fixtures
Simba v Hoima-Busia in Bombo, 4pm
Police v SC Villa at Namboole Stadium, SS9-East
Proline v Maroons at Nakivubo, 3pm
Saturday, fixtures
UTODA v Masaka LC at Wankulukuku Stadium, 3pm
URA v Express in Lugazi, 3pm
Bunamwaya v KCC in Buikwe, 3pm

But the club management will have to deal with their errant fans, who caused the abandonment of their Bell Uganda Cup quarterfinal match against URA and also promised to beat up Coach Mike Mutebi if he does not leave “their club” in peace.
But Mutebi will more be looking at continuing to display his passing ball game, and hoping that Steven Bengo is fully fit so that he can start in today’s encounter against a Police team, that finds them struggling to survive this season.
Hoima Busia, who has had a woeful shooting, will be looking at trying to revitalise their campaign by trying to get maximum points against a Simba SC side, which have had a fairly good form.
Coach Abdallah Mubiru will also be out to try and help Proline finish the game in a noble position in an a encounter that is set to start at 3pm. They take on a Maroons side that is unpredictable.
