It’s however not stated whether Zambia which is the only guest team in this year’s edition will also be required to pay that fee.
In other rules, each team is only allowed 25 members that the Local Organising Committee will be responsible for with not more than 20 players registered for the competition.

This implies that any team will have utmost 20 players that won’t be altered regardless of injuries suffered during the tournament and a maximum of five officials including coaches and the medical personnel.

The council has also introduced penalties for participants that find themselves on the other side of the law. Teams that fail to register their players before deadline which interestingly has not been revealed will have to part with US $ 200 while failure to honour a pre/post match meeting will fetch a penalty of US $ 100.

The tournament is scheduled to kick off on Wednesday November 27 in Kenya and will be hosted at various venues in Nairobi, Mombasa, Machakos and Kisumu.
